Well, my trip to Alaska will be a little shorter as I will be leaving tomorrow instead of today. I grabbed the round trip voucher in order to fly first class and all that biz... my flight this am was oversold. Granted, it was quite early and it will be tomorrow but I'll suck it up. :)
Relationships are very very hard... But I guess they are worth it. I am so excited about my new house. It's so fun and we have such fun organizing and painting and fixing... its just that there is sooooo wwwaaaayyyy toooo much to do and I am pretty busy, as is she, so its hard to make progress at speeds that make everyone comfortable. Patience.
Hopefully I will be doing some nice Alaskan skiing and ice fishing this weekend, woot woot! :)

At last I am cherishing a weekend off. I'm a lil bummed cause I could sure use the money BUT... I just moved into a new house and I have a list of projects that i need to do. I will be confined to the house for a couple of days just to work on it. I'm psyched, though and my girlfriend is psyched too. Oh, I bought a Kartel stackable storage unit last night... an original. Granted, I wanted white and it's yellow... BUT, its wicked. Booyaka! :)

Well, lets talk about this weekthat just ended: Providence, RI. Good times. Always fun... Jeff from Volume is a pleasant host and we went to the famous Julian's for some eats. Service was like way too way sloooww. But, the food was good. How ya like them run on sentences? :) So, the club was fun. People were dancing. I lost a bit of the room to the latex paint on the tits dance contest but what can you do. Didnt everyone know I had latex on painted my ..... ;)

The next day, I experienced the perfect Providence experience. At the fancy shopping mall downtown, I was in line at the Subway for my 6" sandwich and I had to wait about 7 minutes while the slightly guido urban gangsta chickie behind the counter flirted with the married guy in front of me. Both of them had the fuckin' retahhded accents and it actually was tolerable because I got lo listen to these aliens speak. Then when I sat down to eat my sandwich, I sat next to the very nice man in his Wrangler jeans with his Harley long sleeve shirt, tattooed face, neck, and hands. He was just a little bit scary. His tear on the face, pot leaf on the hand and spider web all over his arm led me to believe that he was not to be messed with. So, I did NOT ask him to borrow his Grey Poupon.

Boston? Slammin! Rise nightclub (risenightclub.us) is absolutely slammin! I had such a blast there. Initially, I will admit, being such an early bird these days that I was dreading the lengthy set ending at 6:30 am... BUT, I had such a blast. Who are we kidding? Just a few Red Bulls later, I was rocking out and it was probably the best night I have ever had at Rise. It was very crowded from about 2:20 on and I had a blast! Yes, I recorded it so expect to hear the mix here on the site and posted in our new podcast section which should be coming shortly. Anyway, the DJ booth has a sub woofer in it, speakers overhead, a private bathroom, a fridge and plenty of room for friends so its the perfect place to rock out for 5 hours. Man, I had a blast. I wish I could play there more often. I think I play there about twice a year, this being my 4th time, i believe. Ahhh.

Saturday, I went to NY for a wedding. I met my nearly angry gf who had been slightly lost on the trek up in traffic but luckily I got control of the wheel when she met me in the city and we had a blast! Later that night we went to my old roomie's (Dieselguy) new Brooklyn loft pad. It was nice. That was a good time. Today is Superbowl Sunday and despite the lack of Philly representation, I will prob watch it, at least for the commercials. :)
